We would like to remind all ICT users at this institution about the importance of online security. To ensure that our data and personal information remain protected, please follow the security guidelines below:

1. Do not disclose passwords – Always keep your passwords confidential and do not share them with anyone.
2. Avoid clicking on suspicious links – Never open links from emails or messages that are unfamiliar.
3. Ensure your antivirus software is up-to-date – Always update your security software and antivirus on your devices.
4. Use a secure network – Avoid using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks to access sensitive information.
5. Report suspicious activity – If you detect any suspicious activity, immediately report it to the ICT department.
