February 27, 2025: A special engagement session on Records and Archives Management was held at the CCI UMK Bachok lobby. This first engagement session of 2025 involved a team from the Archives Unit, led by Puan Noor Izzati binti Mat Nuri, Head of the UMK Archives Unit, and En. Mahadzir bin Mohamed, Classification Officer from the Security Division and an expert consultant for the management of Classified Documents at UMK.
The two-hour session covered briefings on the management and procedures for handling official government documents, as well as the management of classified documents at the department level. Various valuable insights were gained, and it is hoped that the document updating process at CCI can be carried out in accordance with the correct procedures.
