1) Ensure that the admission policy and computer use procedures are followed as approved by the University Management Committee.
2) Ensure that damage complaints will be acted upon within 3 working days.
3) Ensure periodic maintenance is done twice a year on all ICT equipment so that it is always in good condition.
4) Ensure processing of applications for basic ICT needs (such as shared equipment, internet, telephone and technician services) within 2 working days.
5) Ensure that computer network services can operate well at a rate of 95% per year.
6) Always disseminate the latest ICT information through Web and Email channels at least 12 times a year.
